What this site is
petrusprice.com publishes price research about Petrus. We are an independent research site. We do not sell wine, we do not take orders, and we are not a broker or an agent for any seller.
What the prices mean, and what they do not
Every figure on this site is an observation of what someone else asked or paid at a recorded moment, carrying the date we retrieved it. Prices move, and a figure that was accurate when we recorded it may not be accurate when you read it.
Nothing here is an offer to sell, a valuation of your bottle, or investment advice. Wine prices can fall. If you are deciding whether to buy or sell, treat this site as one input and check the current price with the seller before you commit money.
We take care to record accurately and to show our sources, but we do not warrant that the information is complete or error free. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Trade marks
Petrus and the names of every other producer mentioned are the trade marks of their respective owners. We use them to identify the wines this research is about, which is a descriptive use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any producer, merchant or auction house named on this site.
Using what is here
You are welcome to read, quote and link to this research. If you quote a figure, please cite the page and the date, because a price without a date is not information. You may not scrape the site systematically or republish it wholesale as your own dataset.
